1. Pack queue

Confirmed orders enter the canopy pack queue within one business day when stock allows. Seeds ship in moisture-safe foil packets inside labelled outer cartons from Unit 51, Canopy Seed Commons, MIDC Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra 422010.

2. Transit windows

Metro corridors typically receive parcels in 2–4 business days. Other open pin codes usually arrive in 4–7 business days. Festivals, weather, and courier congestion can extend these windows.

3. Carriage fees

Prepaid orders ship free across serviceable India pin codes. COD baskets may include the ₹49 desk fee shown at checkout. We may decline or surcharge pin codes outside our partner network.

4. On arrival

Inspect the carton with the courier present when damage is visible, note it on the POD where possible, and alert the canopy desk the same day under the Packet Integrity Guarantee.
