Order Hold & Cancellation Path

1. Before foil is sealed

Request a hold through Track & Support while the order remains in the packing queue. Prepaid amounts for accepted holds are refunded in full to the original rail.

2. After courier handover

Once a parcel leaves the canopy commons, cancellation closes. COD buyers may refuse delivery at the door; prepaid buyers rely on the Packet Integrity Guarantee for eligible transit issues only.

3. Refund cadence

Approved prepaid refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days toward the original payment method. Bank posting times may add a few further days.
