Packet Integrity Guarantee

1. Canopy packing standard

Every lot is inspected before release. Seeds leave the commons in moisture-safe foil inside labelled outer cartons designed for Indian courier handling.

2. Eligible integrity claims

• Wrong SKU, variety, or pack size versus the confirmed invoice.
• Crushed, punctured, or moisture-compromised foil clearly attributable to transit.
• Missing line items from a paid canopy order.
• Courier-declared loss before first delivery attempt.

3. Outside the guarantee

• Natural colour or size variation within the same sowing grade.
• Claims after packets are opened, sown, mixed, or discarded.
• Failed germination after correct storage and sowing — viability is lot- and climate-dependent.
• Missed deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or unanswered courier calls.

4. Filing window

Notify the canopy desk within 24 hours of delivery at canopy@appilyfiftyone.com or via Track & Support. Include the order ID plus clear photos of the outer carton and affected packets. Approved remedies may be replacement, store credit, or refund, typically resolved within 7–10 business days.
