1. Data steward

Appily Fifty-One (APPILY FIFTY-ONE SOWING SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED) stewards personal data collected through this storefront solely for canopy fulfilment, account security, and grower support.

2. What we collect

• Identity & login: name, email, password hash, verification flags.
• Fulfilment payload: shipping address, phone, basket lines, payment channel.
• Support transcripts opened via contact forms or Track & Support.
• Session hygiene: browser class, device hints, and authentication tokens.

3. Purpose of processing

We verify accounts, assemble and ship foil packets, send dispatch notices, answer seed-desk queries, deter fraud, and keep catalogue copy accurate. We do not sell, rent, or broker grower contact lists.

4. Retention window

Order and account records remain only as long as tax, dispute, and service duties require, then are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

5. Grower rights
